Dexmedetomidine
1 vial good for 4 patients. 5 cc syringe- 4.5 cc normal saline/ 0.5 cc precedex = 10 mcg/mL Most sedations are only requiring 5 mg versed, 50-100 mcg fentanyl and 40-50 mcg precedex.
