Physiologic Secondary Dentin.
Periapical abscess with all four teeth nonresponsive to electric pulp testing. Decreased deposition of physiologic secondary dentin on the right central incisor (arrow) delineated the origin of the infection; endodontic treatment of this tooth resolved the lesion.
