A day before exam, because i cant study at that time , i dont know why, even i tried to k ow this reason and also tried to recover...but still its happening with me , and its effect my exam badly...😑😑

Don’t study the day before! Relax and do something with your friends! Instead, start preparing for exams a week earlier than you normally do.

Waiting for exam results is worse than anything else. At least you can prepare for the exam itself. But the wait to see whether your hard work paid off is excruciating. Honestly I’m never very stressed before exams now because I’m consistent and work hard.
