Canker sores on mouth, tongue, and throat. Any treatments?

Started out as a fever. Can’t eat, swallow, in a lot of pain. Any treatments to help relieve or make it go away faster?

Any other symptoms? For relieving symptoms use diphenhydramine for oral wash.

He only has sores in his mouth no where else. And there isn’t any joint pain or blurred vision
