Its suicide. If it was murder, the victum would be always staying in frontal position of the killer and maybe try to protect himself. That means the blood spot would be behind thw victum, not at his left side position. Also there is share graphs showing bankrupt, and the pistol is right under the right arm. His tie is loose, which means he has been nervous while still alive.
Good points but I counter the running man was a client that lost his savings and shot the victim standing by the wall
Do you really think that the man outside has something to do with the crime? I think not. But that is still a murder in my opinion.

I probably think its suicide,cuz there is a wine bottle smashed to the wall,a graph that shows low sales which means that he got depressed, gun near the deceased,and a messy floor.HOWEVER,im seeing a man running and windows that are opened which probably shows a possibility of a murder.
