A 69-year-old woman with chronic kidney disease and myelofibrosis presented with a 2-day history of dyspnea and general weakness. Magnetic resonance imaging of the abdomen is shown here. Amyloid deposits in the kidney and bone marrow could do that but im not sure about it.
