Mandibular deviation following Hemimandibulectomy

(A) Patient whose left mandibular ramus and posterior body were removed 10 years previously because of malignant disease. The deviation of the chin to the left side is visualized. (B) Deviation to the left side when opening the mouth. (C) The mandibular deviation also causes a severe malocclusion. (D) Posteroanterior cephalogram showing deviation of the mandible to the left. (E) Panoramic radiograph showing residual mandible.
