Attached video describes the gross features of cerebral hemisphere as seen from the medial aspect. This video employs a plastic model to describe the features of medial surface of cerebral hemisphere. The location of corpus callosum and diencephalon is explained. The sulci and gyri adjacent to corpus callosum are defined.
