So Spleen is Enlarged for increased production of Wbcs! ★ In Lymphoma, lymph nodes are affected! So immune response may b ceased! Therefore, Spleen is Enlarged! ★ Finally, Cystic Fibrosis Is a Genetic Disorder Which mainly affects Lungs!
