So Spleen is Enlarged for increased production of Wbcs! â In Lymphoma, lymph nodes are affected! So immune response may b ceased! Therefore, Spleen is Enlarged! â Finally, Cystic Fibrosis Is a Genetic Disorder Which mainly affects Lungs!
