Kenalog injections monthly with minoxidil and a high protein diet with biotin supplements will boost hair growth. Also total hair transplant for more aggressive treatment.

Really? That is your recommendation? I have worked with docs like you. Worried about money instead of finding out if there is a program to help the patient.
