Pt was presented in emergency with complaint of discoloration of limb, pt was normoglycemic and normotensive has history of pain in limb at rest for 2 weeks , it was sudden in onset, and rapidly develop blackish discoloration. No history of trauma. On examination cold clammy skin, distal pulses not palpable, loss of sensation .
