Gangrenous cholecystitis
45 years old diabetic male patient came with acute abdominal pain with fever and had similar episodes in past ,CECT abdomens and pelvis suggestive of acute gangrenous cholecystitis . Patient underwent emergency laparotomy and subtotal cholecystectomy
