MEDICAL CASE

A 35 year old male presents to ER with right sided facial droop .His symptoms started 5 hours ago at work and were noticed by his co-workers. The patients has an elevated BP at 170/101.He does not take any BP medicines .He reports excessive stress due to illness in the family .He also has had a headache for 2 weeks ,which mostly subsides after a good night of sleep .He was sick with the flu-like symptoms 2 weeks ago .

Bell's palsy (facial nerve CN7palsy) after the viral infection. How was his baseline B.P and full neuro exam ?Given his high bp on presentation i want a plain CT head to r/o a bleed &TIA depending on his neuro exam. What illness is in his family ?
