The classic presenting symptoms of Giant Cell Arthritis (GCA) are - Polymyalgia rhuematica i.e. muscle pain, weakness and stiffness especially in hips and shoulders - Jaw claudication i.e. pain in jaw after chewing - Fever - Headache - Scalp tenderness - Pain in arms especially after working and exercise - Throat pain - Tongue pain - Depression
