Swan Neck Deformity

Swan-neck deformity of the finger describes hyperextension at the proximal interphalangeal (PIP) joint and flexion of the distal interphalangeal (DIP) joint. It can be caused due to injury, hypermobility it inflammatory condition such as rheumatoid arthritis.
