What are the symptoms of critical limb ischaemia?
- Pain associated with burning sensation - Excruciating nocturnal pain which disturbs sleep - Numbness in feet - Thickening of toenails - Open and ongoing (chronic) wounds, sores, ulcers or infection - Dry gangrene i.e. black and dry skin of legs and feet - Smooth, dry, and shiny skin of legs and feet - No or low pulse in legs and feet
