Hydrogen Peroxide is a well-known chemical with medicinal effects on skin and oral mucosa. Hydrogen Peroxide is used for the treatment of minor skin injuries such as minor bruises, cuts, burns, scrapes, wounds and other similar conditions. However, Hydrogen Peroxide is not used for the treatment of deep wounds, cuts, severe burns, animal bites, and other similar severe injuries. The side effects of Hydrogen Peroxide on skin and mucus include - Irritation - Stinging - Redness - Blistering - Rash - Itching - Swelling / Ulcers - Peeling - Pain Hydrogen peroxide does not interact with other drugs.
