I feel sleepyyy everytime. I donno why??? Even after getting proper sleep still its not Enough for me to survive
Yea Good luck for your exam. But am worried About my disturb schedule And its all bcoz of my more sleeping
Maybe your body lacks some vitamins and you might wanna use supplements. In addition to that, sleeping in a dark, silent room, not using electronical devices prior to bed time might help since blue light disturbs the sleep pattern. Also, mediating/praying really improves sleep (at least it does for me😁)
Sorry this app is a little slower than an Instagram at least in my current city. So if I do not respond as quickly as you can that is why. As far as sleep goes during school I was terrible at that because I juggled work volunteering family and nursing research. I don't regret it now because I graduated with honors and I can use that for when I eventually apply to nurse practitioner school and they learned so much and took extra independent classes and took extra shadowing opportunities such as riding with ambulance drivers and observing a med flight team
I even remember the summer between my first and second-year my grandparents had passed away and the gifted me their old car and I had just finished finals and accidentally gave myself a niacin flush on the plane I was bright red and so uncomfortable
What I can say is the second year of nursing school......I found a better balance. For me that meant more yoga and spending time with a few key family members and friends at least once a week. And I slept better after that and cut down my work hours and pass the NCLEX in 75 questions by studying with only one close friend at a non-college library for four hours a day five days a week for just four weeks. This enabled us to still spend time with family and friends and we shared study materials and interesting cases and leaned on each other for support.
for me it was worse after exams only because I'd sit there and worry about all the questions I got wrong and there are no partial answers in nursing school. And inevitably because I studied before hand instead of just cramming I got great grades. But also in the second year I learned to cut out those in my life not completely
