Ob?? What n it’s not obstructive jaundice read case carefully use showed cirrhosis changes n direct rise is insignificant it’s jst0.6
I think patient is losing blood from GI which can cause hyperbilirobinemia Indirect through enterohepatic circulation and though I can say work up of OB and upper GI should be done maybe secondary to sth. it is happening. Correct me please if I'm wrong.
Blood pressure also check hlac or a1ac ones for sugar concerning heart problems other is a basic blood sugar hypoglycemia is where your blood sugar runs way too low 120 is normal 130is too high
Ok but what can cause cirrhosis is it damage incurred during mi n what about indirect hyperbillurinemia
Dark yellowish urine could be the pill or medicine or possible infection urine sample dipstick and sent too lab for further testing along with blood sample
Or a tumor of the prostate prostate cancer which benign is removable and enlarged means would have too shrink too a removable extractable size with out damaging the prostate gland further
