What's your diagnosis? What do you suggest for management?

A 67 years old female with history of cardiac disease and DM and HTN refered to ED with dyspnea and chest pain. In ph/ex there were BP of 110/80 and pitting edema (2 plus) and she was pletoric.

I think its AF. Whats drug hx? Looking for its new onset or old one.
