This guy nailed it - literally!!!The patient was messing around with a nail gun too close to his face, sending it straight up into his face. According to him, he didnโt even realize he had been shot until 6 days later when the four-inch nail was discovered, which is pretty hard to comprehend.

This X-ray confuses me. The nail gun has breached the cranial fossa, surpassed the eyes, penetrated his maxillary bone and lies between both his eyes. How has he not noticed. He must've had some sort of neuronal deficit, he definitely had some bleeding and I'm certain there was pain. These cases genuinely amaze me ๐ฎ๐ฎ
