You should see a dermatologist and they may remove it using liquid nitrogen or laser

Looks like a plantars wart to me, home remedies work very well for them, you can try putting duct tape on it for a week or so, but a dermatologist or minute clinic should be able to freeze them off (recommenced)

These type of solid like acnes are known to be "CORNS" in general. It is often seen among the people who are walking without chappals on Stony or Rocky surfaces. So it better to buy "CORN PLASTER" available in market....👩⚕️.if you feel satisfied reply a smile🥰
