I was a good student at school, I easily got my Bachelor's degree because I've studied regularly during my undergraduate years. I did well on MCAT too so I was admitted to medical school. – Everything ran smoothly, I was doing great. – I imagined myself as a doctor in my white coat and my stethoscope, I was really satisfied! – Then, I started medical school and it was catastrophic. I didn't know how to study in this new environment. – With fear and anxiety building, I was sent to a prep course, specifically designed to help struggling medical students. – I watched my classmates move on while I was left behind. I felt so defeated that I thought about changing my way. – I couldn't give up on my dream. – For months, I looked for what was wrong. I figured out that learning how to learn is crucial in med school. Since that day, I worked on my learning methods to be as effective as possible. – Guess what... It paid off, I became the best version of myself as a medical student, the results of this work were unbelievable, I scored 259 on USMLE Step 1. – Today, I mentor medical students worldwide to reach excellence, I wrote an ebook called "Learning Strategies for Medical Students" that helped over 2500 students so far!
