How can i understand that it’s pituitary gland and not a simple connective tessue?

Actually the gland is derived from two embryologically-distinct tissues,and is therefore composed of both neural and glandular tissue. The pattern of staining should reflect the chemical character of intracellular hormone-laden granules within the pituitary cells and should i think show exactly like the histology of the pic.
