Surgical removal of pathosis

Surgical removal of pathosis

. (A) The patient was referred for surgery because of an increasing radiolucent area after conventional endodontic treatment. Note the atypical nature of the radiolucent lesion, which indicates tissue submission should be done in conjunction with the apical surgery.
