Can we give nonsteroid anti inflammatory drugs to manage pain of myocardial infraction?

No. NSAIDs act by inhibiting prostaglandin secretion, which is the cause for pain in the skin ,etc. The only organ for which pain reduces by NSAIDs, is the endometrium. In case of MI, morphine has to be administered to relieve pain as that acts in the brain.
