Retroperitoneal Mass

A 52 year old Male with a 23 kg Retroperitoneal mass resection. Right Nephrectomy. No symptom. He just complained of an increase in abdominal diameter. 3 hours of surgery. No intra-operative complications. It's a Retroperitoneum “liposarcoma”. The fourth image shows “Scrotal Edema”, Just that. The Kidney was removed with the mass, INSIDE the mass. The Kidney was untouched by a tumor.
