Severe bicep and Cephalic vein injury
One lucky 34 year old male using a skill saw to cut branches. EMS arrived to find male laying on the ground. Pale, diaphoretic, cool skin initial VS 92/palp; HR 100; RR 16. Patient provided tourniquet; IV fluids, and pain management.
