STEMI inferior, lateral, and anterior leads. Major vessel/Left main occlusion.

Inferior MI with possible Lateral involvement. But then again little reciprocal changes. So also considering pericarditis due to the random ST elevation or Benign Early Repol. Depending on Pts clinical signs and symptoms
Pericarditis : diffuse STEMI, PR depression, concave slope ( T wave)
