STEMI inferior, lateral, and anterior leads. Major vessel/Left main occlusion.

Sorry i am still student .. but ST elevation in all leads may refere to pericarditis .. hope you tell me the correct answer later thanks
Inferior MI with possible Lateral involvement. But then again little reciprocal changes. So also considering pericarditis due to the random ST elevation or Benign Early Repol. Depending on Pts clinical signs and symptoms
