A 50 year-old patient with a history of hypertension, hyperlipidemia and alcoholism presents tobEmergency Department with productive cough, fever, chills and generalized weakness. E. Her vital signs do not indicate shock. There is not evidence of SIRS or multiple organ failure. Her vital signs do not indicate severe strep.
E so far because until we blood work back on her we won’t know how her kidneys, liver, etc are. So I’m saying E
