Yes, seasonal allergies can turn into food allergies. You can predict your new allergy by observing which season sets off your allergy. Majority of the people are allergic to pollen, mold and dust therefore they may develop new food allergy to foods resembling the previous seasonal allergens. This is called Oral Allergy Syndrome (OAS) and may trigger in middle age.
