The symptoms of Wilson disease vary from individual to individual and they depend on what part of the body has been affected ie. the liver, brain or other organ. They include fatigue, lack of appetite, abdominal pain, yellowing of the skin and sclera (due to jaundice), golden brown discolouration of the eye (Kayser-Fleischer Rings), uncontrolled movements, muscle stiffness and problems with speech, swallowing or physical coordination.
