Do NOT use epinephrine in the administration of Dorsal Penile Nerve block. When administering anesthesia for Dorsal Penile Nerve block it is very important to use anesthetic without ephinephrine or adrenaline. Injected anesthetic solutions with epinephrine result in complications like penile ischemia, penile necrosis and skin sloughing.
