Possible complications of Dorsal Penile Nerve block 1. Bleeding 2. Hematomas i.e. accumulation of blood outside large blood vessels 3. Penile ischemia 4. Penile necrosis i.e. skin sloughing mostly in distal shaft and glans penis. It is common when anesthetic contains epinephrine. 5. Infection 6. Failure to achieve anesthesia
