Benign Prostate Hyperplasia

Benign Prostate Hyperplasia

Benign Prostate Hyperplasia...Which open prostatectomy technique are you familiar with ? Between the 3 procedures i can do 2 of them (Transvesica and Retropubic). In simple retropubic prostatectomy ( Millin's Procedure) the bladder is not entered. Rather, a transverse incision is made in the surgical capsule of the prostate, and the adenoma is enucleated. This method is less bleeding and less time consuming.
