Diagnosis and treatment?
Male patient, 50, came to the hospital with swelling and pain in the right leg. Local temperature was increased.

This is discolouration of the medial side of the leg, possibly due to ulceration caused by chronic venous insufficiency. So yes this is related to DVT.
