No the difference among them can be associated with the disease....guess which one is normal??

I think the hand on the left is normal, so the hand on the right side could be of someone’s else so as to compare but then ,except for the pigmentation n the position of the thumb, it is a replica of the normal n that hand could be superimposed on the normal hand. Btw which one is normal?
