A 37 year old woman in the ER presented with excruciating menstral cramps in the lower abdomin. Laproscopy was performed and omental endometriosis was diagnosed. Endometriosis of the omentum is rarely reported and this case may mark a unique association with ovarian serous cystadenoma of borderline malignancy. The possible origins of omental endometriosis include metastasis and metaplasia.
