Argyll-Robertson Pupils
Argyll-Robertson pupils refer to bilateral small pupils that constrict when focusing on a near object i.e. they accommodate but do not constrict when exposed to bright light. They are associated with Tabes Dorsalis, a major form of neurosyphilis (tertiary stage of syphilis), caused by Treponema pallidum.
