When drugs allopurinol & febuxustat be started. How long duration of treatment. In my opinion, treatment may require for life long.want ask about level of uric acid when to start drugs.

I discussed with a consultant,he told me that crystalization starts when level more than 10mg/dl. Please confirm & information me.thanks.
