I’ve been having a problem with my fingers feeling as if they need to be popped every few minutes. Every time I work out, write, or picking things up, they tend to get tense. Do you happen to know what this might be?
Start with your elbows.....when you write is your ulnar nerve getting pinched as it fights for territory?
If you're having pain, then you should definitely ask your family doctor! If it's just the urge to pop, or it's popping with or without your concent then no worries!! Diet, proper stretching, excessive laughter, healthy relationships, faith and trust in God cures everything!!
