All of the above but it wasn’t proven to be efficient for covid yet tho..

It acts as a entry inhibitor of the nCov by decreasing the intracellular lysosomal and endosomal pH there by preventing the binding of the receptor on it's surface to that on the cell's surface thus halting the transfer of viral RNA into the cells of the body and hence stopping replication of the virus itself
