Wrist injury

Intra-articular distal radius fracture with mild impaction and volarly displaced fracture fragment, also a comminuted scaphoid fracture extending through the waist as well as a minimally displaced scaphoid tubercle fracture fragment. Additionally mildly displaced ulnar styloid fracture fragment. All happened falling of a bicycle. Don’t forgot to wear helmets!
