MEDIAL PATELLAR RETINACULUM it is a fibrous expansion from the lower attachment of vastus medialis It replaces the anteromedial part capsule of knee joint LATERAL PATELLAR RETINACULUM from vastus lateralis It replaces the anterolateral aspect of capsule of knee joint
