Intussusception

This picture is of contrast CT of abdomen of a 57 year old male who was admitted into surgery ward with the complaints of sudden onset of severe abdominal pain & blood per anus. After initial evaluation, a contrast CT of abdomen was done which showed 'Doughnut' sign (intussusception) with enlarged Lymph Nodes. Laparotomy followed by right sided hemicolectomy with excision of LN was done. A diagnosis of Ileo-Colo-Colic intussusception was made. The tissues were sent for histopathology and a diagnosis of Non-hodgkin's lymphoma was declared.
