I think there is splinter haemorrhage in nails,presence of oslar's node...May be infective endocarditis.

not splinter haemorrhage, probably some dye used, what else do you find in Infective endocrditis? on the eyes and palms of the hands?

i know this is not HPV (Human Pepaloma Virus) but could someone explain how it reaches and affects the fingers?
