Answer: Horacic aneurysms!!! Horacic aneurysms are often identified incidentally on imaging of the chest. A symptomatic presentation may be due to mass effect on airway or oesophagus. Alternatively, they may present due to a complication, including rupture, aorto-bronchial or aorto-oesophageal fistulae.
