Butterfly (Malar) rash

It is a characteristic erythema seen mainly in systematic lupus erythematosus which is an autoimune disease that involve joints, skin, kidney, blood, heart, and lungs. Some other diseases might show this sign, they include pellagra, dermatomyositis, and bloom disease.
